You Deserve to Have a Conversation

Do you offer online therapy throughout Wisconsin?
Yes. I provide secure online therapy for adults ages 18- 70 in Wisconsin.

How do I know if we are a good fit?
Choosing a therapist is personal. You need someone skilled who understands your specific needs. The first session is for us to discuss what brings you in, what you're carrying, what you want to change, and the support you need. Just come as you are.

When are appointments available?
Office hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, and session times are first-come, first-served. I do not offer evening or weekend appointments.

Do you work with adults in recovery?
I support adults exploring their substance use, unhealthy compulsive behaviors, and sustained recovery, focusing on relapse prevention, urge management, stress reduction, developing healthy coping skills, and building a stronger foundation. Note: I do not accept clients for court-ordered, legal, work-related, or custody-related counseling.

Can therapy help even if I am high-functioning?
Absolutely. Many people who seek therapy are doing a great job on paper while feeling overwhelmed, numb, anxious, resentful, or depleted underneath. You do not have to be falling apart for support to be appropriate.

What is online therapy like?
Online therapy is a confidential, face-to-face session held through a secure telehealth platform. It offers flexibility, privacy, and easier access to care without the added stress of travel.

Can I bring things I found online or from AI into therapy?
Yes. If you have used AI tools, social media posts, podcasts, articles, apps, or online communities to understand your mental health, we can talk about that.

Do you use AI in therapy?
Yes, as it may help create brief reflection prompts, values exercises, coping plans, or between-session worksheets. AI is not a replacement for therapy, clinical care, or a real therapeutic relationship. Used carefully, it can support the work we are already doing by helping you apply insights between sessions.

What if I already know a lot about mental health but still feel stuck?

That is incredibly common. Therapy helps bridge the gap between knowing and doing. We focus on building psychological flexibility, self-trust, values-based action, and practical coping skills that hold up in real life.
