Who do you see?

I accept individuals of all races, genders, ethnicities, and cultural backgrounds, ages 18-65, who live with anxiety, depression, life transitions, workplace stress, relationship dynamics, postpartum, menopause, chronic health issues, substance use/ addiction issues or are a caregiver/ partner to these.

How do you conduct sessions?

My counseling practice is entirely online. I offer sessions via phone or video and use Google Meet. 

You are in Wisconsin? What if I am not?

Yes, I am a Licensed Practice Counselor who practices statewide in Wisconsin. Per licensing regulations, you must be physically located in Wisconsin for our counseling to be ethical and legal.
 
When can I see you?

My office hours are Monday- Friday, starting at 8:00 AM and concluding by 4:00 PM. I do not offer evening hours or weekend appointments.
 
How do I pay for sessions?

Fortunately, I accept insurance from United Healthcare/ Optum/ UMR, Anthem/ BCBS, The Alliance, Cigna/Evernorth, Security Health Plan (only commercial and SAS), and MDlive. Please note: I do not accept Medicaid or Medicare. I also accept private pay with the use of credit cards, debit cards or HSA accounts.

I have been court-ordered to do counseling, Can you help?

I am no longer taking clients seeking counseling for legal, work-related, or custody (parent/ child or spousal) issues.
